Eschew the basic hotel banquet hall and hold your conference or meeting at a unique setting – a historic village!

Base rental fees are shown. Prices for specialty or add-on items can be negotiated.

- seating for 75 to 100 people, heated and cooled, working antique pump organ, chapel bell,
- you decorate, candles permitted.

An 1895 country Victorian house
- seats 50, accommodates up to 100 buffet style,
- larger parties may rent tents for additional outdoor seating,
- porch lit with mini-lights, heated and cooled, 2 fireplaces,
- candles and alcohol permitted.

The Parsonage

The Parsonage Drawing Room

An enchanting cottage for showers and smaller parties
- accommodates up to 40 people
- kitchen facilities
$50 per hour

Bride and Chapel

Bridal photos can also be taken at the facility by appointment.
A donation of $25 is requested for a photo session.
No charge for photo session when event is booked at the Village.
